RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase receipt.
RETURNS ON SALE ORDERS
All sale orders are final.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
of dress is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and we are unable to reimburse items that are lost or stolen in transit.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Need to do a return or an exchange? No problem! Just send an email to info@of-dress.com, with your order number and we'll send you a pre-paid return label. Refunds will be issued minus the cost of return shipping labels. If you want to exchange for something else, make sure to include that info in your note.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We can only do returns on domestic orders at this time.
Not responsible for taxes or duties.
PRE-ORDER
Shipping dates for “Pre-Order” items are estimates and are subject to change. If an order contains a pre-order item and other non-pre-order items we will default to waiting until all the items are in stock before shipping the order. If a pre-ordered item is canceled on behalf of of dress, the customer will be refunded in full. Product details such as exact fabric, hue, or other details are subject to minor adjustments from the original photo/sample, within reason.
